Yoga Horizon Bali was initiated from an innate wish to develop a real listening space for inner listening. Yoga schools in many cases seem rushed and transactional. This led us to found a school where growth happens slowly and intentionally. There is always a need among practitioners who seek to evolve past superficial posturing.

The unique Yoga Horizon curriculum covers only the path of Yin and combines the practice of Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The study of meridian lines, organ systems, seasonal cycles, and functional Western anatomy will enable you to lead Yin practices that affect all three bodies simultaneously – physical, emotional, and energetic.

Bali’s spiritual heart, Ubud, became our school’s base. The calming energy of Ubud, with its bamboo jungles, temple bells, and calm rice paddies creates a natural containment field for the self-study process. Such environment naturally calms the nervous system, which becomes a perfect field to absorb the training.
