I’m Sarah Allison PMHNP-BC.
I help overwhelmed parents, professionals, caretakers, and teens ages 15+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction find calm amongst chaos, and attain the highest level of peace, clarity, and motivation.

My approach is compassionate, kind, and attentive. I focus on finding and treating the root of your problems, not just covering them with meds. My treatment plans are holistic and include lab work analysis, therapy, lifestyle coaching/accountability, nutrition coaching, and supplement recommendations alongside medication (if applicable). I also specialize in conflict resolution, by giving you tips to resolve disputes and achieve “win-win” outcomes.
